As part of her leadership role at AIESEC, Tina founded the Africa SwITch Initiative, a program that brought college students from around the world to teach IT skills to high school students in Africa. In its first year, AIESEC brought 85 trainees from around the world to Africa to work directly with 3,800 students in African high schools, introducing them to key concepts of digital technologies, and serving as role models for the African teenagers as they worked through new concepts and skillsets.
